Michael O’Donnell has more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, business owner, turnaround practitioner and investment banker. Having owned, operated and profitably exited numerous companies, he brings an executive level of expertise in skillful negotiations, business development and executive management. Mr. O’Donnell founded a variety of companies involved in technical consulting, healthcare turnaround management, manufacturing, transportation, services, gaming and casinos. Mr. O’Donnell has been a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Turnaround Management Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the State University of New York and the University of Salamanca, Spain. Mr. O’Donnell also holds various gaming licenses and speaks Spanish fluently.
Ramon A. Guerra Jr. has held "C Level" positions for over 20 years, for domestic and government institutions. Currently Mr. Guerra holds a “C” level position in a Healthcare Solutions Management company that owns and operates clinical laboratories in Pennsylvania. Mr. Guerra new found role, has strategically allowed Mr. Guerra to use his years of operational management, information technology methodology and process improvement, and corporate engineering, to help transform the company into having a more robust service offering to the healthcare community, the practitioners, and most importantly the patient.
In Mr. Guerra previous role as the CSO of the company that owned operated 18 locations specialty hospitals, with facilities including Ambulatory Surgical Center, Rapid Recovery Suite, multi-specialty clinics and Care on Demand walk-in care centers. Mr. Guerra role included but was not limited to, helping develop, manage, and implement the growth plan to allow strategic targeted growth for the overall value of the conglomerate and the companies.
Mr. Guerra is best known for his enthusiastic approach to business; his energy, decisiveness, project management skills, organizational skills, strategy development and on-the-ground implementation expertise have helped his own firms and many customer firms realize their business potential. He has held progressively responsible corporate leadership positions over the past decade, one being President for Unified Infrastructure Services, LLC, where he managed and owned mirrored data centers encompassing 138,000+ square feet of data center floor space and was responsible for skilled technicians delivering around the clock technical and data center services for our global clients, consulting practice, BPO and ITO services, application, network, sever, telecommunication, storage, layers, systems integration, cloud services, managed infrastructure services and traditional managed services.
